The Place of the Heart and the Tongue .

The Place of the Heart and the Tongue .

It is reported that Al-Hasan Al-Bas
{ Allâh have mercy on him } said:-
The intelligent person’s tongue is behind his heart: when he wants to speak, he first thinks.
If his words will be in his favor, he says them, and if they will be against him, he does not speak.
And the ignorant person’s heart is behind his tongue: when he merely thinks of saying something, he says it, whether it is for or against him.

Jawâhir Al-’Ilm article 2049.

A beautiful poem

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu

A beautiful poem

I'm Malkul Maut It was early in the morning at four,
When death knocked upon a bedroom door.

Who is there? The sleeping one cried.
I'm Malkul Maut, let me inside.

At once, the man began to shiver,
As one sweating in deadly fever,

He shouted to his sleeping wife,
Don't let him take away my life.

Please go away, O Angel of Death!

Leave me alone; I'm not ready yet.

My parents and family on me depends,
Give me a chance, O please prepense!

The angel knocked again and again,
Friend! I'll take your life without a pain,

Tis your soul Allah requires,
I come not with my own desires..

Bewildered, the man began to cry,
O Angel I'm so afraid to die,

I'll give you gold and be your slave,
Don't send me to the unlit grave.

Let me in, O Friend! The Angel said,
Open the door; get up from your bed,

If you do not allow me in,
I will walk through it, like a Jinn.

The man held a gun in his hand,
Ready to defy the Angel's stand..

I'll point my gun, towards your head,

You dare come in; I'll shoot you dead.

By now the Angel was in the room,
Saying, O Friend! Prepare for you doom.

Foolish man, Angels never die,
Put down your gun and do not sigh.
Whyy are you afraid! Tell me O man,
To die according to Allah's plan?
Come smile at me, do not be grim,
Be Happy, to return to Him.

O Angel! I bow my head in shame;
I had no time to take Allah's Name.

From morning till dusk, I made my wealth,
Not even caring for my own health.

Allah's command I never obeyed,
Nor five times a day I ever prayed.

Ramadan came and a Ramadan went,
But I had no time to repent.

The Hajj was already FARD on me,
But I would not part with my money.

All charities I did ignore,

Taking usury more and more.

Sometimes I sipped my favorite wine,
With flirting women I sat to dine...

O Angel! I appeal to you,
Spare my life for a year or two.

The Laws of Quran I will obey,
I'll begin my SALAT this very day.

My Fast and Hajj, I will complete,
And keep away from self-conceit.

I will refrain from usury,
And give all my wealth to charity,

Wine and wenches I will detest,
Allah's oneness I will attest.

We Angels do what Allah demands,
We cannot go against His commands..

Death is ordained for everyone,
Father, mother, daughter or son.

i'm afraid this moment is your last,
Now be reminded, of your past,

do understand your dreadful fears,
But it is now too late for your tears.

You lived in this world, two score and more,
Never did to you, your people adore.

Your parents, you did not obey,
Hungry beggars, you turned away.

Your two ill-gotten, female offspring,
In nightclubs, for livelihood they sing.

Instead of making many more Muslims,
You made your children non-Muslims?

You did ignore the Mua'dhin Adhaan,
Nor did you read the Holy Quran.

Breaking promises all your life,
Backbiting friends, and causing strife

From hoarded goods,great profits youmade,
And for your poor workers, you underpaid.

Horses and cars were your leisure,
Moneymaking was your pleasure.

You ate vitamins and grew more fat,
With the very sick, you never sat.

A pint of blood you never gave,
Which could a little baby save?

O Human, you have done enough wrong,
You bought good properties for a song.

When the farmers appealed to you,
You did not have mercy, tis true.

Paradise for you? I cannot tell,
Undoubtedly you will dwell in hell.

There is no time for you to repent,
I'll take your soul for which I am sent.

The ending however, is very sad,
Eventually the man became mad

With a cry, he jumped out of bed,
And suddenly, he fell down dead.

O Reader! Take moral from here,
You never know, your end may be near

Change your living and make amends

For heaven, on your deeds depends.

Fly Air Janazah!Transit @Al Barzakh-Destination-? ! (Wake Up Call for All!)

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu

The Messenger of Allaah (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam) said:-
"Verily the grave is the first stopping place for the Hereafter;
so if he is saved therein, then what comes after is easier than it.
And if he is not saved therefrom, then that which comes after is harder."
[Hasan: At-Tirmidhee, Ibn Maajah, al-Haakim:
from 'Uthmaan.]

Welcome aboard Fly Air Janazah!

When we are leaving this world for the next one, it shall be like a trip to another country.

Where details of that country won't be found in glamorous travel brochures but in the Holy Qura'an and the Hadiths.

Where our plane won't be Indian Air Lines, British Airways, Gulf Air or Emirates but Air Janazah.

Where our luggage won't be the allowed 30 Kgs but our deeds no matter how heavy they weigh.

You don't pay for excess luggage. They are carried free of charge, with your Creator's compliment.

Where our dress won't be a Pierre Cardin suit or the like but the white cotton shroud.

Where our perfume won't be Channel, Paco Rabane, but the camphor and attar.

Where our passports won't be Indian, British, French or American but Al Islam.
Where our visa won't be the 6 months leave to stay or else but the "La Illaha Illallah". Where the airhostess won't be a gorgeous female but Isra'iil and its like.

Where the in-flight services won't be 1st class or economy but a piece of beautifully scented or foul smelling cloth.
Where our place of destination won't be Heathrow Terminal 1 or Jeddah International Terminal but the last Terminal Graveyard.

Where our waiting lounge won't be nice carpeted and air-conditioned rooms but the 6 feet deep gloomy Qabar. Where the Immigration Officer won't be His Majesty's officers but Munkar and Nakeer. They only check out whether you deserve the place you yearn to go.

Where there is no need for Customs Officers or detectors. Where the transit airport will be Al Barzakh. Where our final place of destination will be either the Garden under which rivers flow or the Hellfire. This trip does not come with a price tag. It is free of charge, So your savings would not come handy. This flight can never be hijacked so do not worry about terrorists.

Food won't be served on this flight so do not worry about your allergies or whether the food is Halal. Do not worry about legroom; you won't need it, as our legs will become things of the past. Do not worry about delays.

This flight is always punctual. It arrives and leaves on time.

Do not worry about the in-flight entertainment program because you would have lost all your sense of joy. Do not worry about booking this trip, it has already been booked (return) the day you became a foetus in your mother's womb.
Ah! At last good news! Do not worry about who will be sitting next to you. You will have the luxury of being the only passenger. So enjoy it while you can. If only you can! One small snag though, this trip comes with no warning.

Are you prepared???

.....you better be! Please spread the truth and Insha-Allah our Muslim brothers & sisters will understand and practice the guiding principles, whatever way they can afford to uphold the beliefs of our religion Islam in this world and in the hereafter.

'So that my Actions & Words Would be Equal'[Hassan al-Basree.r.a.]

Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu

Hassan al-Basri was one of the greatest Tabi’en (students of the Companions RA).
Once, after giving the Friday sermon a group of slaves came to him and said, “Shaykh please, next week, give a speech about freeing the slaves!” Hassan agreed and next week there, waiting anxiously, were the slaves. Hassan ascended the pulpit as the sun rises to the heavens. His speech moved hearts and brought tears to dry eyes, but he failed to mention anything about freeing slaves?
The slaves thought to themselves that the Shaykh must have forgot, thus, once again, the following week they took the 50 yard line seats and waited hoping soon to be free. However, the Shaykh failed to mention anything again?
After a number of weeks the slaves were sure that the Shaykh sold them out, got cold feet and they began to hold the Shaykh in contempt.
One year passed and the tired slaves entered the Masjid of the Shaykh. They had long since forgotten their request and were taken aback, when suddenly he began to mention the conditions of slaves and the importance of freeing them!
Their faces looked like bright lamps as the Shaykh encouraged all to free their slaves in exchange for Allah’s mercy and pleasure.
After the sermon the slaves were freed and they ran to the Shaykh asking why he waited one year to give the speech.
Hassan al-Basri responded: “At the time you asked me to give the speech I readily agreed. However, after you left I realised that I had no slave of my own. Being a poor man I had to save some money for around one year’s time in order to purchase a slave.
Today, Alhumdulillah! I was able to purchase a slave. After I purchased him I went to the market and freed him. Finally, I went to the Masjid and gave my sermon.” Looking baffled the freed men asked, “But why? Why did you go to all this trouble?”
The Shaykh responded, “If I gave that speech a year ago I would have been encouraging the people to do something that I had not done. Thus, I decided to wait until I freed a slave so that my actions and words would be equal.”
May Allah reward Hassan al-Basri, enlighten his grave and bless us to be those who act on what they know....Inshallah.

My "Salaams" To You All.

' Son of Adam! You are nothing but a number of days, whenever each day passes then part of you has Gone.
